Bluegrass Baby

Tonight I am going to the Lizard Lounge to see some bluegrass music with the BFF and some friends.  This is my first show in Boston, so I figured a cute outfit post was needed.

Top: [actually a bodysuit] from Asos, 16
Belt: Gifted from the BFF
Skirt: Target
Earrings: Thrifted

I am really into tucking tops in skirts, but most tops like to get untucked.  This is why bodysuits are amazing.  They ALWAYS stay tucked and look super good.  I have 2 different ones from Asos, one long sleeved and then this one.  This one is adorable because the back has peekaboos and bows.

Also, with a bodysuit, you never have to worry about flashing anyone because you are always covered ;)

Beach Day Soon!

In a week, I will be having my very first beach day since moving to Boston!  What does that mean? FAT GIRL SWIMSUITS!

I used to think I could only wear suits that cover as much of my body as possible.  But within the past year, I have been embracing my love of bikinis.  The problem is, I can't which to wear!  Maybe y'all can help a femme out.

This first one is pretty simple.

Top: Breakout Bras, size 38D
Bottoms: Thrifted, size XL

The top I got from Breakout Bras to review on my personal blog (femmesandfamily.tumblr.com).   It fits PERFECTLY and definitely looks amazing!  I haven't tried it out in the water yet, but you really can't go wrong with bright pink.

 Top and bottoms: Thrifted, size L

I found these in a thrift store back home.  $4!!!!!! My personal motto is "TRY EVERYTHING ON", which means regardless of size you put that on your body.  It worked especially well for this number, since the ties and everything are adjustable.

 The last option is the most covered up, but still babelicious.

Swimsuit: I cannot remember, I've had it since high school!  Size 16

This is probably the most conservative one, but I LOVE the mesh top. 

So basically. anything I wear will look fabulous.  But which one should I choose?

I am visiting the parents this week, plus got a cold, so outfit posts are not top on my list.  But I will hopefully have my first REAL post by the end of this week <3
